The Washington Ladies Riding Club Association is an organization of women's mounted drill teams based in Washington and Oregon. It was formed in the Spring of 1980 with the Ellensburg Silver Spurs, Yakima Kuntry Kwik Steppers, Tacoma Lariettes and the Galloping Gossips as charter members. The WLRCA holds a minimum of four meetings per year, January, March, June and September, with the annual Convention in October.

The four horses in the above 25th Anniversary poster represents the four founding teams that created WLRCA.
